Blowing Birthday Wishes with Lawn Fawn | Video!

Recently, I shared a card featuring Lawn Fawn's new Dandy Day and Oliver's Stitched ABCs.  I decided to recreate it in a video, and this time I am using regular Distress Inks and Lawn Fawn's Liquid Stardust to make the inky background:

  1. This is darling!! I LOVE the coloring you did. Going to have to CAS how you did that dandelion!!

  2. What a fun background for that sweet little mouse!

  3. Brilliant, Kara ... I was mesmerised watching this come together! Never realised that a different smooshing surface would give such different results (duh!!) ... the inky layers add so much texture, depth and shimmer. The little mouse blowing his fluffy seeds is adorable ... love how the letters are drifting in the breeze like the seed heads are! Hope you're all staying safe and well, my friend! Big hugs and bisous, Anita :)

  4. Always wonderful to hear your voice, Kara. I haven't watched a video in a while and have to say, 👍! Very smooth now and, of course, loved the banter! And I particularly loved seeing how you did your smooching. I don't think I've had the patience to do as many layers as you did, but now I definitely see that it pays off to let it dry and I liked seeing the effect of using both the glass and the white mat! Applesauce! Oops, I mean to say, Awesomesauce! xxoo, Darnell
