Simon Says Stamp Lawn Fawn Feature | Video!

I'm over on the Simon Says Stamp blog today for Lawn Fawn!  There is a video below showing how this card came together.

The wings on the owl holding the book are actually the flapping wings from the Special Delivery set.  I cut them out, reversed them, and folded them behind his body.  The book was creased along the two lines of the spine to give it dimension.

You can watch it here, or over on my YouTube Channel.  Thanks so much for watching, liking, and subscribing to my channel!

  4. The owl holding his book is terrific. So creative, Kara and a fun card. That is a cute hammock and now I want a hammock to relax and read in. Unfortunately I have no trees!

  6. What a cute, cute card! What a great idea to wrap the owls wings around the book to make him look like he's holding the book. You're so clever Kara, you never cease to amaze me. ;0)
