Apples of Gold in Settings of Silver

This week's Play Date Cafe colors were so fun, I just kept going.  The colors reminded me of Proverbs 25:11; "A word fitly spoken is like apples of gold in settings of silver."  There are so many people God has used in my life to speak a "fitting" word, encouraging me to live every day for Christ.  Each one a treasure.

Did you notice the words embossed on the apple?  I wanted them to resemble words "fitly spoken" - Ha!  Didn't know if that was obvious or not.  That stamp is from Hobby Lobby, but I haven't seen it there lately and I can't identify it.  I'm sorry I can't identify the papers or ribbon either, they are all from my stash.  The charm came from one of my daughter's craft kits (shh, don't tell).  I melded the rays and circle on my Silhouette and cut it and the apple out on white card stock, then inked them with Brilliance Galaxy Gold.  The sentiment is computer generated, but I used a light box and a Zig Writer in Platinum to write it out.

This card is entered in the following challenge:
The Play Date Cafe Challenge # 139
Thanks so much for stopping by.  I hope you are having a great day!
