Sitting and Thinking in the Garden

Sometimes it's good just to sit quietly and think...of you.
I ink blended the background with Distress Ink.  Three images of the bushes, the bunny and bench were colored with Copic Markers, fussy cut, and arranged on the card.  The sentiment was heat embossed.  I created shadows on the ground with Copic markers over the blended ink.

Stamps: Purple Onion Designs Chloe, Garden Bench, Garden Bushes, Essential Thoughts Sentiment Set
Copics:  E21,23,25,27, W00,1, C0,8, YR15, Y35, R00,20,22, YG01,03,61,63, G12,21,24,40,43,46
Ink:  VersaMark, Distress Ink: Twisted Citron, Bundled Sage, Salty Ocean
Other:  Stampendous Pearlustre Jade Embossing Powder

Thanks for coming over to visit!  May the Lord bless you today!

  1. Kara, your coloring is fabulous. I love seeing it. Your scene is darling.

  2. I'm sitting here thinking I'll take that seat next to the bunny, if you don't mind? Really wonderful, Kara!

  3. You make the most ADORABLE cards Kara and this one is definitely no exception! That little bunny is just as sweet as can be and I just love how he's sitting on the bench and contemplating life...or maybe where he can get another flower to chomp on! The trees in the background are so perfect too and your card totally makes me think of a wonderful park scene! FABULOUS card my friend! Hugs. :0)

  4. Oh how sweet! This is just delightful Kara!

  8. I'm smiling sitting here thinking of you too, Kara! An adorable scene with a wonderful sense of serenity about it ... beautiful colouring, of course ... and just the sweetest daisy bearing bunny! Big hugs and bisous, Anita :)
