Tag, You're It! #99: Autumn Fest

Today begins our 99th challenge over at Tag, You're It!  We're celebrating all that is autumn and I thought I'd pull out some colored pencils for the occasion:
The images are all from Purple Onion Designs.  I masked and layered starting with the pumpkins (it's all one image), then the hay bale, and finally some corn stalks peeking from behind.  Everything was first colored with Copic markers and then Prisma Color pencils.
The tag itself was cut from a Distress Ink blended panel.  A bit of ribbon, floss, and a partial die cut sentiment and it's good to go.

Stamps: Purple Onion Designs Gathered Pumpkins, Hay Bale, 2 Cornfields
Dies:  Studio Katia Dotted Shaker Tag 2, PTI Scripted Die
Ink: Distress Ink Mustard Seed, Carved Pumpkin, Memento Desert Sand
Copics:  B0000, YG61, E13,50,51,55, Y21,23, YR18,61,65
Pencils:  pumpkins: 917,918,921,1032, stems and grass: 988,909,911, hay: 950,946,917,941, corn stalks: 950,1085,1093

What speaks to you in this Autumn Fest inspiration photo?  I hope you will join us and please, check out the tags created by our guest designer and the other team members for more inspiration over at Tag, You're It!

Thanks for coming to visit!  May the Lord bless you today!

  1. You've captured autumn perfectly on this tiny masterpiece!

  2. Goodness, you have captured the inspiration elements perfectly! Amazing coloring and I love that tag die cut!

  3. I love this, Kara. So beautiful for fall and the tag itself is so pretty. I love the fall colors so much. Our trees have finally turned and I wish you all were still here.
