A Flower Card for Lily Pad Cards

Okay, second post on the second day of the blog.  I'm sure this will slow down, right?  It's all very exciting.  Today I made a card for the challenge on Lily Pad Cards.  I love that site!  Vicky Papaioannou's videos are the reason I started making cards a few months back.  She's so creative.  I'll need to tell her.  Silly me, I always watch her videos, but I didn't know I could comment.  Yes, I'm that new!  Anywho...

The challenge is to use flowers, so here's my take:

I used Heidi Grace Designs paper, LOTV Mixed Circular Sentiments, Fiskars edge punch, Stampendous white embossing powder, grosgrain ribbon from my stash, Ranger Distress inks, Crayola glitter glue, and clear Recollections adhesive rhinestones colored with Copic markers.  The flowers, leaves, and scallop circle were all cut with a Silhouette cutting machine.

Have a great day!

Jumping In

Welcome, and thank you for visiting my blog!  I get so many great ideas from looking at other people's card blogs, so I decided to finally share in the fun.  I hope you enjoy, and thanks again for joining me in this little corner of cyberspace.

I'll start with a card I just made using a stamp from one of my favorite companies, Lili of the Valley, Ltd.  They have such great images for coloring with Copics!

This card uses "Rosie with Cake"

I used Bo-Bunny paper from their Sophie collection, the sentiment is from Hot Off the Press, "Magical Birthday", the white mat is a Silhouette design called "doily round", and the flowers were left over from a scrapbook project (sorry, I can't identify them).  I also used Ranger Distress ink, Glossy Accents, VersaMark ink, Stampendous white embossing powder, and Crayola Glitter Glue.

Have a great day!
