Today is the beginning of a five part series on creating a scene around stamped images. It's been a long project to put together because I usually don't color this much on camera. I'm more comfortable coloring while sitting with the family watching a movie. There are five videos showing how I created the following scene:
Part one is out now and focuses on drawing the background and defining it further with Copic markers. You can watch the video here or on my YouTube channel:
As I look at the photos, I see things that could use some more tweaking, but since the videos are all prepared, I guess I will have to leave it alone - lol!

Welcome to day four of SugarPea Designs' Sweet Peek Week! Check below for links to the bloghop and for your chance to win! This jukebox is rockin' in metallic and holographic die cuts - yep, die cuts! I love all the details in the new SugarCut Rock N Roll Jukebox and I created a video to show an easy way to put it all together (see further below)! Edit: Sadly, I had to take down the video because we just learned that counterfeiters are taking screen shots of the product to copy them.
This next jukebox and accessories from Jukebox Jive were stamped, colored, and die cut with the coordinating dies. I placed this jukebox on a wobbler so it really does shake!

The background was ink blended over the new Geotrihex stencil with Wilted Violet and Shaded Lilac Distress Oxides. I die cut the new Bamboo Garden SugarCut once in gold and once in white, cutting the white one in half. Those sweet pandas from Pandamonium were stamped, colored, and cut out with the coordinating die cuts. The sentiment is also from the new Pandamonium stamp set.

It's day two of Sweet Peek Week over at SugarPea Designs and we have something wheelie amazing! See below to follow the SPD bloghop and for your chance to win!
First I stamped, colored, and die cut Mr. Alligator and his accessories. Next I ink blended a Zig Zag Stitched panel with distress ink. Salty Ocean for the sky, and Shabby Shutters for the ground. Then I inked over the ground again using the new Leaf stencil and Mowed Lawn Distress Ink.
