Lawn Fawn's Simon Says Stamp Feature

These two really know how to stink it up when it comes to friendship - in a good way!!  Simon Says Stamp is featuring this card full of Lawn Fawn goodies on their blog today.  See below for a full list of supplies.  I really wanted to give the 'scent' of this card priority:

The background was stenciled with both Pixie Dust and Glow-in-the-dark stencil paste.  Twisted Citron, Mowed Lawn, and Vintage Photo were ink blended over the paste.  This is certainly not a color blend that I would normally use!

To create the sentiment, I used Oliver's Stitched ABCs, along with a mix of words from a three different stamp sets.  The stitched letters are raised with foam adhesive.

The Glow-in-the-dark stencil paste gives off a wonderful green glow that shows up even with just a little bit of darkness!

Thank you, Simon Says Stamp, for the opportunity to share this Lawn Fawn card!

  1. How cool is this card?!! Or should I say how "stinky" is this card?! Your coloring and shading perfectly resemble that odor that unfortunately I know too well as we have lots of those little critters that like to hide under our deck and drive Daisy nuts! But anyway, this card is just too stinkin' cute Kara, and I love it! Hugs. :0)

  2. The green glow conveys the scent perfectly! This is super cute and heaps of fun!
