This first balloon is quite a powerful orb of helium in order to lift that elephant clear into the clouds. Both the balloon and elephant were colored with Copics and masked before the background was ink blended with a cloud stencil.
The birthday balloons were heat embossed and the birthday diecut was edged with VersaMark and also heat embossed. They were smooshed with Lindy's Magicals which were also splattered onto the card base.

Now you've got me wondering about the strength of helium per square inch, and wondering if any of the lighter-than-air gasses are stronger than the others, and if it's compressed, would it be enough to carry an elephant?! See?!! Just look what you've done! You've made me use my brain! What a fun card! LOVE that image, and the way you've colored him so perfectly (so jelly) and popped him into the clouds. Such a cute card! And your birthday card is adorable. You're great with the Magicals; remember my laughable attempts at the LH?!! Such fun colors, and the gold is a great compliment. Someone is going to love finding this card in their mailbox. Sweet!! Let's chat soon. xo Bev
