My first card is a birthday card. I partially used this stamp by cutting and separating the ducks to arrange them around the sentiment.
My second card is an Easter card. I stamped the image in its entirety.
I hope you will join us for this fun challenge! Please head on over to the Twofer Card Challenge blog to get some wonderful inspiration from our two sweet and talented guest designers Bobby, and Brenda, and the team!

Such a darling set of images, Kara ... your little Easter scene just has me smiling (and thinking of chocolate!)! Love the way you arranged the sweet critters around the sentiment on your birthday card ... they look as though they're ready to sing Happy Birthday To You! Adorable, both of them! Big hugs and bisous, Anita :)
ReplyDeleteWow, what a fabulously fun way to get more than the traditional use out of that stamp. Your images are beautifully colored. Your Easter card is such fun with its bright colors. I love the curiosity of the lil chicks on your birthday card so smart to have cut them all out.
ReplyDeleteI love this sweet birthday card with the wonky frame and the chicks gathered around. Such a great idea to use the stamp that way! Oh my gosh, that chick following the worm just cracks me up! That is the cutest image ever and a great Easter card.
ReplyDeleteOh my gosh...no one does CUTE like Lily Of The Valley, do they?! And in true Kara style, you've colored all those duckies just beautifully my friend! I am totally smitten with the birthday card and the little duck that's sitting in the bottom frame...everything about this card just screams ADORABLE!!! And the little Easter scene with the egg just couldn't be any cuter either! (LOVE the duck that's checking out the little worm!!) Two FABULOUS cards my friend!! Hugs. :0)
ReplyDeleteHello Kara: I was checking out the Twofer Challenge to see what was the theme and, as I scrolled down to your card, I gasped!!! Oh my goodness, this is adorable beyond words.
ReplyDeleteAnd the great thing is that I have this stamp from Lily of the Valley and I've used it before but I've never even thought of cutting it to use the little images individually, that is a brilliant idea, I must go and do the same and see if I can come up with something for this new challenge.
Gorgeous card, thank you for sharing.
XO
Maria Rodriguez.
I have never heard of Lily of the Valley, except from the garden of course! If these little cuties are and indication of their style, count me a fan-girl already!
ReplyDeleteJust adorable, Kara... lOVE the birthday card the mostest!!

ReplyDeleteOh my, these are just too sweet Kara!
ReplyDeleteAdorable...absolutely ADORABLE!! Love them both Kara, they're so sweet!!
ReplyDeleteThose ducks are darling, Kara, and while the intact stamp is wonderful, and beautifully colored, I love how you cut the ducks and arranged them around the peekaboo cut. Brilliant!
ReplyDeleteToo too cute, both cards are just the best! You make cards come to life! Your little spring chicks are adorable! Heart Hugs friend!!
ReplyDeleteOh my... They are stunning... What a beautiful stamp and your fussy cutting is amazing!! I adore the design on you second card too!
ReplyDeleteWow, Kara, you could open a showroom or website for decorating baby nurseries and be an instant sensation! That's what I see with these adorable Twofer scenes. I would have loved these sweeties on the walls of Dan's baby room! (BTW, GF, loving the new profile photo!!!) Hugs, Darnell
