A few weeks ago, I shared a yeti Valentine's card, and today I have a video showing how I created it:
Here's the video. You can watch it here, on Lawn Fawn's YouTube channel, or my YouTube channel:
Thanks for watching, liking, and subscribing to my channel!
Thanks for coming over to visit!
May the Lord bless you today!

Dear Lawn Fawn and Kara – You crack me up, Kara!! First, with the red shirt comments. Second, with the Warm Fuzzy. Yes, we had Warm Fuzzies, too, at my school. We also had troll pencils. Did you? They were great. You could get your 1st- or 2nd-grade angst out by twirling a troll pencil until his fur / hair spun wildly out of control. You’re so jolly, Kara! I bet you always see the glass half-full. And the comment about your mother’s dog… I was laughing out loud not at that per se, but at the way you deliver the lines.
ReplyDeleteThe card is terrific. I don’t know if I have the yeti set. I will have to look. I am getting to the point where I will end up ordering sets that are older just because I don’t have them yet and because they contain iconic images.
Your videos are superb, Kara! TFS!!

Hi Lori! I don't know if you will see this, because I don't think Blogger will alert you, but I didn't know how else to thank you for your kind words and taking the time to write. Yes! I remember twirling those troll pencils!! What fun memories!
DeleteSo darn cute Kara! I've added your video to my watch list as I'm off to visit my brother today and probably won't have much crafty time. I am looking forward to seeing him, it's been nearly 8 months with border closures etc.
ReplyDeleteI hope you have a wonderful time with your brother, Therese! I can't imagine waiting 8 months!
DeleteThis is jut magic! Turning him into a yeti is brilliant, Kara. How you did his face is the best ever. A darling card and fun comments along the way in the video. I love the punny sentiment too. And yes, my sons had troll pencils and they were the cutest things.
