Time Out Reminder - Guest Designer

The Time Out Challenge blog is in the middle of celebrating their fifth year with a special celebratory challenge!  STAMPlorations is sponsoring this challenge, and I used stamps from one of their lines by my blog friend, Deepti Malik called Dee's Artsy Impressions:

This is a combination of two of the stamp sets in her line:  Blossom Sprays #2, and You & Me.  I second generation inked them in Memento Summer Sky and colored them with Copics.  The hugs and the kisses smaller stamps were stamped later with Brilliance Lavender ink and highlighted a little with a Zig Writer marker.  The bottom edge of the panel and a scrap piece of light purple cardstock were cut out with a MFT stitched scallop Basic Edges die.

Copics: B0000,000,12,14,16,63,66, BV000,00,02,04,08, G20,21,24,28, YG0000,21,23,25

I hope you will join us in celebrating five years with the Time Out Challenge team and create a card using their prompt!

Thanks for coming over to visit!  I hope you have a wonderful day!

  8. Naomi (pronounced Kara), this is a real stunner. Saw it on IG, and was wowed there. Wanted to save commenting for here, as I'd rather comment on a blog, and I could see the image better on a bigger screen. Your coloring continues to hypnotize me; I could look at your card for hours. Perfect choice of colors and as always, your coloring is beyond incredible. Can't wait for Wednesday. Better pack a couple of suitcases, cuz I'm holding you hostage, lol!! xo Bev

  15. I have Deepti's flowers but I never make them look this good, Kara. Copics make the difference I'm sure since you are the Copic Queen.

  16. Totally stunning no line coloring! I love to color in images but no line technique is something I haven't really tried much -I guess it just feels a bit intimidating! However, our card is super inspiring and makes me think I should definitely try this! Beautiful, beautiful card. Thanks for another inspiring GD make for us at TO! xxx
