Welcome to the
first day of Sweet Peek Week for SugarPea Designs! We're beginning the week by featuring this darling
Gnome for Christmas stamp set, the
Buffalo Check background stamp, and

I colored the gnome, his coffee cup, and sled and cut them out with the
coordinating SugarCut dies. I used a craft knife around his hands, curved the cup, and placed it in his hands. Next, I stamped the tree background to place behind the snow globe and created a shaker. The sentiment is from the same stamp set and was heat embossed in white.

ReplyDeleteOh so CUTE Kara! I started falling in love with gnomes last year, and I think I'm going to need to add this set to my collection now! He is so darling holding onto that cup and in the snow globe...and beautifully colored too! And of course anything plaid is right up my alley too! Cute, CUTE card my friend!! Hugs. :0)

ReplyDeleteI love the bold buffalo background that you created with/on your card! That really reminds me of the Rocky mountain living(s), (where one might get to see a gnome)! I also like the snowflakes in your shaker. (Hope that is what they are; that is what it looks like to me; maybe I need better glasses!) I do like the shaker and the soft teals that you used. A lovely card!
