Slug Bug Red (or punch buggie, if that's your thing)! This retro
VW die is so much fun! There's even a score line so that the door can open! It's
day three of SugarPea Designs' sneak peek week and so many fun new products to share!
I cut the car out of both red and white card stock and colored the white pieces with Copic markers. The tires were cut from black and it all came together like pieces of a puzzle. The tree was shaded as well, and the background is stamped with the new
Buffalo Check background stamp. There are two new word dies with borders. I used the word
"merry", and there is also the word,
"joy".
I love the white on red buffalo plaid I've been seeing on Pinterest, so that's where my inspiration came from for this card. It includes the tree that comes with the
Christmas Car die set, and the new
Oh So Jolly Sentiments stamp set.

ReplyDeleteThose are two fun cards! I am partial to the VW bug one, but they are both great and love the contrast of the white on the dark backgrounds with the trees and the contrast on the bug card too. FUN! Totally enjoying this release!!!
