I hope the boat is coming back for this little chimp! What fun is a treasure without friends?! I am really enjoying Shari Bresciani's illustrations for Purple Onion Designs! This card is the combination of three images and a sentiment:
The island was first stamped on a white cardstock panel. The background was ink blended with Distress Oxides. On a separate panel, I stamped the monkey, masked him, stamped the treasure chest, masked it, and then stamped the island. I colored them with Copic markers and fussy cut it out and glued it on the background.
I stamped the sentiment along the horizon and added a couple of white gel pen seagulls and water marks.
Supplies:
Purple Onion Stamps: Tropical Island, Chimp, Treasure Chest, Pirate-ments
