Christmas Bakery Video Series with Purple Onion Designs

I'm sharing a video series today featuring the Sweetest Little Town stamps by Purple Onion Designs and illustrated by Stacey Yacula.  The first video in the series demonstrates how I masked and stamped out the images.  They are unmounted red rubber stamps, and I have a very easy system I use to stamp them.  I also draw out the road and sidewalk to bring the scene together.

The second video focuses on how I colored the various animals, not including their winter wear.  It shares ideas about combining color families for coloring fur.

The third video is all about coloring the background including the snow and shadows.

I hope you will join me over on my YouTube channel for some Stamping a Copic coloring fun!

Stacey Yacula's new release is available now at Purple Onion Designs
The complete collection, plus the Holiday Messages sentiment set, is bundled at 30% off the regular price now until November 15th.

  5. Catching up, Kara ... you've been so creative and so productive over the last 10 days (or so!). So enjoyed checking out all your sweet scenes and awesome colouring ... and how elegant are those poinsettia in cream and gold! Haven't seen the videos to show how this fun little street and cute critters came together ... they'll be for a quiet moment ... so looking forward! Thinking of you, my friend ... big hugs and bisous, Anita :)
